: BSsafe COVID-19 Safety App :

BSafe was a mobile app designed to give users a discreet and non-confrontational way to report unsafe behavior in public spaces during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Retailers and venues would partner with BSafe in order to route reports through their security forces to resolve incidents.

1. Starting a report and contacting security.

The app opens to a map of your current or approximated location. From the map, you can view recent safety incidents in nearby registered areas. You can press "Begin" to start a report, or select the phone and camera icons to call security directly, or start the report with a photo. Users will need to enable location services for the best experience using the app.

2. Adding details to your report.

After tapping "Begin" you will be prompted to select a reason which best fits the situation you are in. No matter which option is selected, you can add more details or add a photo by pressing the pencil icon.

3. Feedback following your report.

When a report is sent successfully, you will receive a push notification confirming the report was processed. A notification will also be sent when an incident is successfully resolved.
